Phantomics has been selected as a 'Seoul-type Strong SME(Small and Medium-sized Enterprise.)'

The Seoul-type Strong SME designation targets small and medium-sized enterprises in Seoul certified by public institutions. Selected as one of Seoul's 'great companies where young people want to work,' Phantomics is recognized for its excellence in creating youth employment, promoting work-life balance culture, ensuring employment stability, and providing a supportive childcare environment. This year, 65 companies, including Phantomics, were selected.

Phantomics specializes in non-invasive diagnostic technologies such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT), offering fast and accurate diagnostic results. Their product Myomics, utilizing cardiac MRI, diagnoses myocardial diseases and is used in major domestic hospitals as well as in Japan, China, Taiwan, and Singapore. It has received approvals from regulatory bodies including South Korea's MFDS, the US FDA, and regulatory authorities in Thailand and Taiwan, attesting to its performance and safety.

As a result of this designation, Phantomics will receive benefits such as funding for improving working conditions for young regular employees (up to 45 million KRW), subsidies for hiring youth interns as substitutes for childcare leave (up to 6 interns per company for a maximum of 23 months), and support for work-life balance education, consulting, and on-the-job adaptation for young employees.

Since 2016, the Seoul Metropolitan Government has been selecting Seoul-type Strong SMEs to address challenges such as SME hiring difficulties and youth unemployment.
