Phantomics and JNP Medical signed an MOU for the development collaboration of a medical data platform and medical image diagnosis AI software.

JNP Medical provides a medical data platform service called "Maven Clinical Cloud," while Phantomics is a specialized AI software development company for medical image analysis and diagnosis. They signed the MOU on the 27th of the month at the JNP Medical headquarters in Songdo, Incheon, to collaborate on the development of medical data platform and medical image diagnosis AI software.

Under the agreement, the two companies promised to cooperate and collaborate on the collection, management, analysis, and research of medical data, the excavation of imaging biomarkers through medical image analysis and data work, and the collection and management of clinical trial data.

Phantomics is a start-up founded by Professor Choi Byung-wook and CEO Kim Panki of the Yonsei University Department of Radiology in 2019. The AI cardiac automatic diagnosis support software, "Myomics," developed by this company, is a solution that received approval from the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the US FDA earlier this year.

Kim Jin-gon, head of JNP Medical's business development department, said, "If Phantomics's technology, which automatically analyzes biomarkers for changes in cardiac function using only imaging, and JNP Medical's technology, which manages and analyzes collected data to obtain accurate results, are linked, we can expect to predict the patient's treatment effects even more safely and accurately through our collaboration."
